- Our products are specially designed for Caucasians based on their diverse hair colors and unique skull shape, which makes us export our hair to Europe, North America and Oceania.
3. How’s your hair quality?
- Our human hair could be roughly divided into regular human hair and remy hair; For fiber hair, we only use Japanese premium fiber.
We strictly screen raw materials to choose right ones to right products based on clients’ usage occasions, applications and requirements. For example, we recommend professional salons cuticle remy hair, of which cuticle is maximally remained and arrayed in same direction.
4. How about the lifespan of your products?
- It depends on what raw materials you choose and your care condition, the lifespan for different types is listed below:
Remy hair
Six months at least, but with proper care, it can last over 12 months;
Regular human hair
Three months, but with proper care, it can last up to 6 months;
5.How many products can you supply monthly?
Extensions - over 10,000 pcs/month;
Lace front wigs - over 2,500 pcs/month.
We are still trying to improve the production capacity and expand the product line.
6. How do you control quality?
- We’ve set up a quick response mechanism to help us find defects before delivering. How we are doing is putting single checkpoint at every workshop, as soon as each processing is over, these checkpoints will spot check, so that we are able to find mistakes in time and assure the consistency.
7. How fast can you make a shipment?
- In frankly speaking, the shipment time depends on many factors such as order quantity, product types or even condition of sample confirmation. But for you reference, we used to make a shipment within:
Extensions - 45 days after receipt of prepayment against sample approval (products without hand-tying);
Lace front wigs (customized) - 60 days after receipt of prepayment against sample approval;
Lace front wigs (in stock) - 7 days after receipt of full payment against sample approval.
8. What factors will lead to tangling?
- Improper caring leads to desiccation and forficate, such as excessive dying, curling or using harsh shampoos etc.;
- Didn't gently care the hair;
- Wrongly processed by factories. For non-remy hair, you need to make sure all cuticles are removed as hair direction isn't possible to figure out; For remy hair, you need to make sure not to blur the hair direction and preserve cuticles.
9. How to care the hair?
- Soak into lukewarm water and use gentle shampoo, clean hair every 2 or 3 times a week, then put special conditioners to avoid forficate, dull and excessively dry;
- Make sure the hair could be thoroughly cleaned;
- Follow hairdressers’ advice and instructions;
- For wigs, inquire us and we’ll answer according to your products.
